Make your systems talk to each other — and take payment

We add Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and local gateways such as KHQR to apps, websites and back-office systems, build and document APIs, automate Telegram and WhatsApp, and connect the accounting, ERP, CRM, delivery and online-store tools your business already uses.

Flexible payment, agreed with each business.

If your provider is not here, ask: most expose an API and we have connected many of them. Names and marks belong to their owners. We build with these tools; no partnership, endorsement or certification is implied.

Payments, bots and systems that work together

Most businesses run on a patchwork: a website from one supplier, an app from another, accounting software, a delivery partner, a bank. The value is in making them work as one. We wire up payments, APIs, messaging and data so an order, a booking or a top-up flows through every system without anyone re-typing it.

Every integration is scoped in writing, built in stages you can test against real sandboxes, and supported after it goes live — because banks, APIs and platforms change, and someone has to keep up.

Why have it built by Baal

  • Local and international payments

Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and local gateways such as KHQR, integrated end to end: checkout, confirmation, refunds and reconciliation.

  • Systems that finally agree

Orders, customers, stock and invoices kept in step across your website, app, accounting and delivery tools automatically.

  • Telegram and WhatsApp, where your customers are

Orders, bookings, notifications and support handled in the messaging apps your customers already use every day.

  • Built to hold up

Retries, logging, alerts and versioned APIs, so an integration keeps working when a partner changes something at two in the morning.

What we build

  • Payment gateway integration

Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and local gateways such as KHQR in your app, website or POS, with confirmation, refunds and reconciliation.

  • Subscriptions, credits and top-ups

  • API development and documentation

Clean, versioned, documented APIs for your app, your website and your partners.

  • Telegram bots

Ordering, booking, notification and support bots that run inside the app your customers already have open.

  • WhatsApp Business automation

Automated replies, order updates, lead capture and hand-off to a human when it matters.

  • Accounting, ERP and CRM connections

Sales, invoices, customers and stock synced to the systems your finance and sales teams live in.

  • Delivery, SMS, maps and e-commerce platforms

Couriers, SMS gateways, maps and marketplaces plugged into your order flow.

  • Webhooks, data sync and migrations

Real-time events between systems, scheduled syncs, and moving data out of an old platform without losing any of it.

How we work

  1. 01

    Talk

You tell us what you need, on WhatsApp, Telegram or the form, and you are talking to the team from the first message. We ask questions until we understand the problem properly — usually the same day.

  2. 02

    Quote

We put the scope, the fee and the timescale in writing before any work begins. No surprises later.

  3. 03

    Build

We build in stages and show you working software as it progresses, not only at the end.

  4. 04

    Support

After release we stay on for updates, fixes and changes as your business grows. Ask for a change and it is done in days, not queued for next quarter.

Frequently asked questions

Which payment gateways do you integrate?

Stripe and PayPal for cards and wallets worldwide, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and the local gateways your customers use, KHQR among them. We work from each gateway's own documentation and sandbox, and we can advise which combination fits your customers. Merchant accounts are opened by you with the provider; we integrate them.

Can you connect systems from different suppliers?

Yes. That is most of this work. If a system has an API, an export, or even a regular email, we can usually get data in and out of it. Where there is no API at all we will tell you honestly what is and is not possible.

How do you handle failures — a gateway down, an API changed?

We design for them: retries, queues, logging and alerts, so a failed callback is noticed and recovered rather than silently lost. On a support plan we monitor the integration and fix breakages when a partner changes their side.

Do you work with businesses in any country?

Yes. We work remotely with teams in any country, and Stripe and PayPal integrations are routine for us.

How do I get a quote?

Tell us which systems need to talk and what should happen when they do. We ask questions, then put the scope and the timescale in a written quote before any work starts.

Ready to build something?

Tell us about your business and your idea. Message the team directly on WhatsApp or Telegram, and we will ask what we need to know, then send you a proposal.
